What is good relationship?

Our relationships are very crucial to us. They have a big essence about our happiness. But what brings an good relationship?

In our lives there's probably nothing more crucial than the quality of our relationships. Our relationships influence the great decisions we make and are a heavy part of our happiness.

In the notices I would like to hear what you think brings a good relationship. To get you thinking I will start by citing the dearest description I know of the personal qualities that bring a effective relationship.

These thoughts do not originate with me. They come from Carl Rogers — one of the masterminds of the apparent movement from “thirdly military force Psychotherapy” which started post-World warfare Two and which is rough delineated as ‘counseling’ or ‘psychotherapy’ instead than psychiatry. It was acquired in the context of psychotherapy, besides everyday life, but I think it is valid for our usual relationships; let me know what you think.

Carl Rogers conceived that there comprised three qualities expected for a good relationship. Carl Rogers had a long life and practice and and then there were various formulations. I think this is a fairly commonly accepted one:

* Congruency
* Empathy
* Unconditional Positive Regard
